Pricing FAQ
Do client sub-accounts cost extra?
No. Starter includes 2, Unlimited includes 10, and Agency Pro is unlimited — each one a fully isolated workspace with the complete platform. Your own agency workspace is free and never counts against the quota.
Can I bill my clients through the platform?
On Agency Pro ($497), yes. Connect your own Stripe account, configure plans at your prices, and clients sign up and pay you directly — sub-accounts are provisioned automatically. You can also rebill connections, credits, and phone usage at marked-up prices and keep the margin.
What does white-label actually cover?
On Unlimited and Agency Pro: the app runs on your own domain with your logo and colors, clients sign in on a branded page, and the emails they receive (password resets, invites, notifications) carry your brand. Your clients never see our name.
What counts as a connection?
Each connected channel account — an email inbox, LinkedIn profile, WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram account — uses one slot. Slots are pooled at your agency level and you allocate them to client accounts; extra slots are $7/mo each.
How does cold email sending work?
Buy sending domains and provision inboxes in a couple of clicks — DNS, rotation and deliverability are managed for you. New inboxes warm automatically and ramp to full cold-email volume over ~2 weeks. Email from your own connected inboxes is unlimited from day one.
What are credits used for?
One shared wallet for premium actions — finding new leads, social content, and SEO backlinks. Credits land at the agency level and you allocate them to client accounts. Your plan's monthly allotment resets each billing cycle; extra packs never expire.
What do I get during the free trial?
The full plan for 7 days — sub-accounts, templates, white-label setup, everything. A card is required but there's no charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancel anytime from Billing, no long-term contract.
